Larcomb Vineyard is an adaptable venue with a variety of spaces and the ability to be customised to reflect your event. Whether you’re planning a sophisticated black-tie gala, a strategic business conference, or a relaxed networking evening, our dedicated sales and events team is here to bring your vision to life with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
Surrounded by manicured gardens, heritage buildings and our notable red barn, these spaces blend rustic elegance with modern charm and characteristics – the perfect backdrop for memorable events.
There are three rooms available for hire, which can be booked individually or have exclusive use of the whole venue. Each space has its own unique features, but all come with the same special service.

The Big Barn is a versatile space for Gala Dinners and events alike, providing a large space to customise your set-up and layout. This room features a high ceiling with exposed wooden beams, ambient lighting, carpet floors, an in-built PA system, as well as ample room to include our dance floor alongside your guests. With a seated capacity of 250 guests, there are endless options to customise this space for your Gala Dinner.
Conferences
Larcomb Vineyard provides a professional yet inspiring backdrop for conferences, team meetings, and corporate gatherings. The Small Barn is best utilised for intimate sessions and the Big Barn for larger groups. The venue can be configured to suit a wide range of conference and meeting set-ups, including theatre-style, classroom, and boardroom.
The tranquil vineyard setting offers guests a refreshing change from traditional conference venues, while still providing the essential amenities and flexibility required for a seamless event.

Big Barn
The Big Barn is Larcomb Vineyard’s most versatile indoor space, combining rustic character with modern features and generous capacity. Its large, flexible footprint, smart interior design, plus integrated bar and restroom facilities, makes it an all-inclusive space – streamlined for event planners and a welcoming experience for guests. This space is perfect for large celebrations or customisable events, The Big Barn offers both form and function in equal measure.
Small Barn
The Small Barn is the original winery and restaurant building, rich in character and ideal for smaller, more intimate gatherings. With its rustic aesthetic and abundant natural light, it’s the perfect backdrop for warm and welcoming events.
The Stables
The Stables is a beautifully aged, character-filled space that offers a rustic, sheltered courtyard and historic ambiance. This unique space is filled with exposed brick, natural vine growth overhead, and furnishings that evoke a sense of heritage and warmth. It’s tailored to small, intimate events – especially ideal for arrival drinks, wine tastings, elopements, or small outdoor gatherings with personality and style.
